Good Morning Cygnets !!!
Great Racing Saturday in St Neots. Where we had one 8+ and three 4+ racing. Unfortunately no pots but great races under all weather conditions , sun , wind, rain, hard rain.
Congratulations to the Novices for their first win and the senior 4+ which offer exiting races to the crowd, losing for a few feet in their final , the racing course became to short for them at the end....
Sunday a nice rowing under the rain with a 4x and 8+ .
Many Thanks to Scott for driving the trailer to St Neots, Hannah and Anna for coxing and the Novices for deloading the trailer on Sunday after the outing.
Outings/Training This week/Racing crews for HTV get priority,
Tuesday / ( I am aware of a possible Strike SWR but let's try).
18.30 at the club if you can ( boats needs to be rigged)
19.15 OTW / We will have a coach trial session with Peter Meaney
4+/4- ( Ian, Nick , Scott, Cris)
4x (Robin, Niall, Sam or Julian , Vasil)
4+ ( Rupert, Eric, Tom, Joris)
If you are not on the list come down anyway there is always a workout that can be done or the possibility to sub.
Erg of the week: If you are not racing: 1250m 1000m 750m 500m / 5 min rest @2k pace
If you are racing: 1x 750m rest 5 min 1x500m @ 2k pace

This Thursday 19.00 we will have a short 10 min. squad meeting before outings. Also as per Rupert's email I will be cooking , please let me know by Weds eve if you are staying for food.
