Dear Cygnets,

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend.

Good training session during the week in the shed and Saturday on the water, well done! Unfortunately Regatta London was cancelled due to bad weather on Sunday.

On Saturday we started a new Learn to Row, if you see the news guys around the boathouse please make them feel welcome.

This Sunday, we have Pairs Head, please come down, give a hand if you can, cheer and enjoy BBL's Catering. (still some volunteers are needed for the day, please let Matt or Jo B if you can help on the day)

Also a few of us are going to Germany this weekend to face the Rhein Marathon, a "cheeky" paddle from Leverkussen to Düsseldorf.

Please UPDATE YOUR AVAILABILITY in https://www.fitclub.me/ for all the sessions - (including weights and ergs, so we can plan which of them are going to be coached) and log on your erg results - cut off day for outings Tuesday!

Monday: Weights

Tuesday: 19:00 to start all 19.15. 
Erg: 30' rate 20 test

Wednesday: Weights

Thursday: (LTR will be also there ,so please share the shed)
Erg: 2x2/2/2km @ R18/20/22, 2' rest approx. 30' R20 + 5s

This Weekend Outings will follow for Saturday only, since Sunday the river will be closed due Pairs Head
