Rhine Marathon

Another year, another pilgrimage to Düsseldorf for 43km of pain and suffering. Water conditions were quick this year with plenty of water coming down the river but it was windy and cold which made for some of the worse conditions of the last 15 years, particularly once round the big bend at Benrath.
