Way-back-when our land training coach Greg decided to cook supper back at the club for all those who had attended circuit training. Others were encouraged to do a stint in the kitchen and thus Thursday Supper Club was born – and continues to this day.
A chance to get some chow down immediately after training and perhaps a cheeky beer too. It's also a chance to discuss serious rowing, training or club politics with fellow members but this is opportunity is obviously routinely ignored in favour of general banter and gossip.
Open to members of both clubs the chef and diners are arranged by weekly email.
