Annual General Meeting

As the 12th Feb falls on a Monday this year, the committee have decided to bring the club's birthday forward 24 hours and combine it with the AGM.
Therefore the Cygnet AGM will take place, at 16.30 on Sunday 11th February at The Crossing pub (73 White Hart Lane, SW13 0PW)
The AGM is where we vote in the management committee for the 2024/25 season. The club can only exist though the efforts of willing volunteers and we have several roles that need to be filled. None of them are too arduous so if you are interested in offering your skills and enthusiasm to the running of your club, please contact the secretary or chairman.
Please see the agenda, as well as a nominations list for committee roles. If you are interested in joining the committee, the nomination list is posted in the changing room, or alternatively please contact the Secretary.
Could we ask you all to arrive a few minutes earlier to place your food orders (roast based menu will be on the offer) and grab your drinks, be ready for the meeting at 16:30.
Immediately after the AGM, we will switch into party mode to celebrate the club's birthday at the same venue.
All members and friends welcome, positively encouraged in fact, as are blazers.
