2. Proposal from the CSBE to carry out refurbishment works at the Boathouse, as below:

1. Half contribution to Emanuel Schools car park gate repair £1,600.00
2. New Dishwasher £ 300.00

1. Costs to upgrade security at the boathouse (video+cameras,
   window bars, exterior lighting) £3,650.00

As this is a Special General Meeting, no other subjects will be discussed.
