Henley Friday at Old Blades

Members and friends of both Cygnet and BBLRC are invited into the most exclusive Henley enclosure, namely the garden at Old Blades during Henley Royal Regatta Friday, which this year falls on 3rd July. This invitation has been very kindly extended by our hostesses, Mrs Pat and Pru Sly.

Cygnet and BBL members and friends are encouraged, as usual, to bring their own drinks and food to add to the communal table. We are welcome from around 12noon until 6pm (end of racing). Dress code is smart/club blazers.

We are also also looking again at hiring a coach to convey those that are interested from Barnes/Mortlake to Remenham Farm and then back again in the evening. This option will depend on there being sufficient interest and if so, should be cheaper than a cab and a lot less hassle than the train. Watch this space for more details and if it goes ahead a booking form will be posted here so that you can book your seat.
