Our next public meeting to discuss current and future matters related to the Upper District of the tidal Thames (Putney to Teddington)
Date: Tuesday 14 March 2023
Venue: London Rowing Club, Embankment, Putney, London, SW15 1LB
Start time: 6.30 pm; refreshments will be available from 6.00 pm
Nearest public transport: Putney Bridge tube station, Putney mainline railway station and Thames Clipper service calling at Putney Pier
The meeting will be chaired by our chief executive, Robin Mortimer, with chief harbour master, Bob Baker. Members of PLA team, including harbour masters, planning, environmental and sports participation leads will be on hand.
Our public meetings are open to anyone interested in the tidal Thames and the work of the PLA. This session essentially focuses on the upper district of the Thames. Other meetings are scheduled for matters downstream of Putney later in the year.
The meeting will start with a short presentation on current Upper District matters wider Thames matters, followed by an open Q&A/discussion session to address any questions those attending may want to ask.
