Dear Cygnets !
I hope everyone had nice Weekend. Happy Belated Thanksgiving to everyone andhanks to Rupert for organising a Thanksgiving Social Special
Thank you all who cox/coached this weekend. News from the far East confirms that BDF still is the fastest Cygnet on ergs (5K <18 min, we miss you Dave), and the news from the near East is that we joined London Otters for the rainbow laces inspired regatta.
Rowing: Next Stop Saturday Scullers Head. Come along cheer for CYG & BBL, have a Pint and give a hand if you can!! Please see below the list (starting order) of the "bravest" from both clubs:

Tuesday:
Circuits with Maxi (Conditioning Training)
19:15pm Cavendish School. If you go direct to the school be there at 19:10. If you go via the club, people will be leaving there no later than 19.00. Can everyone please bring a towel and a drink to each session.Erg: 3x10mins r20 30min splits/5 min rest
Wednesday:
Weights Core , warm up properly pair with someone who was there in the introduction focus on technique.Thursday:
Erg: 4x6mins r24 5km splits/ 5 min rest (If you haven't done the 5km @ R26/ please do ) or 3x10mins r20 30min splits / 5 min restConditioning circuit and stretching
Saturday:

Hello Cygnets!
I hope everyone had nice relaxing autumn weekend... Just enjoy the Sun, the leaves, the colours..... before the wind, rain and winter arrives.
Great Training Session Saturday and Sunday on the Tideway. Thank you to all of you who were coxing and coaching this weekend. And thank you to BBL for letting us taking part in the Sunday Time Trial. That was Fun! Well Done Everyone!
So...Looking forward to Scullers Head ...We are also looking for Launch Drivers for Scullers Head (1st Dec ). Please let me know if you can help out.

Good Morning Cygnets !
I hope everyone had a nice weekend and a good start on the week.
Saturday
Special Henley Lunch, Lovely Venue , Lovely Food, Lovely People. Nice to see different generations of Cygnets, BBL , friends and family reunited. Thank you to all of you who made it. Many Thanks to Stu G. for organising the event; Paul R. and Ian M. for the article "From Rowers to Riflemen", included inthe Remembrance Special Edition- Newsletter and Neil P. for the design.Sunday
Lest we forget ... Remembrance day, 100th anniversary of the end of the Great War, we took part in the Blades of Remembrance, to commemorated those from Cygnet who served and lost their lives during that period. Two Minutes of silence, BBL Blades & 11-Cygnet Blades (see attached).Rowing
